SPENCER CULLOR
Spencer Cullor, a versatile professional, excels as a real estate investor, business
owner, author, and speaker. A graduate from the University of Kansas, Spencer has a
strong background in commercial, multifamily, and residential real estate and brings
over twelve years of valuable experience
Throughout his career, Spencer has honed a wide range of skills, including
acquisitions, financial analysis, asset management, property management,
construction, and investor relations. He has showcased his expertise by speaking at
business organizations such as the Mid-America Real Estate Investment Group.
Spencer’s written contributions have been featured in reputable publications like
Business Insiders, BiggerPockets, and Multifamily Insiders.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Spencer has spent several years as a successful home builder,
overseeing rehabilitation projects and property flips. In 2012, he founded his own property management company,
specializing in multifamily and commercial properties. His extensive involvement in the real estate industry includes the
acquisition and disposition of over 2,000 units, with a total value exceeding $140 million. Notably, the ApartmentVestors
portfolio under his leadership has grown to encompass over 1,000 units, valued at more than $80 million.
Spencer resides in Overland Park, KS, with his wife Sarah, two daughters Collins and Leighton, and their beloved family
dogs, Winne & Romeo. Alongside his professional pursuits, he enjoys supporting the Jayhawks as an enthusiastic college
football and basketball fan, playing golf, tennis, and basketball, traveling, and cherishing long walks with his daughters.
