After graduating from the University of Kansas, Chandler started his own
risk management and insurance firm in 1997, specializing in construction
and real estate. Over the past 21 years, he has grown the company to over
$400 million in volume, overseeing a portfolio of contractors and real
estate development firms generating over $1 billion in annual revenues.

He is passionate about creating wealth opportunities for others and has excelled in engineering top-performing risk management sales teams in Kansas City. His sales team of 22 consistently generates over $25 million in new business, prioritizing client needs and acting as trusted advisors.

In addition to his business ventures, Chandler’s passion for construction led him to establish a successful residential construction firm. Over the past decade, he has overseen multiple multi-million-dollar construction projects. His upbringing in the construction industry, including ready-mix concrete, limestone quarry, heavy equipment, and road paving, has laid a solid foundation for his construction endeavors.

Family is Chandler’s top priority, and he devotes his time outside of business development to his wife Cara and their three amazing children: Tyler, Landon, and Reese. They are an active sports family, often found on the volleyball court, football field, or basketball gym during weekends. Recently, they completed a residential renovation project and enjoy family travel, college sporting events, concerts, golf, and cooking dinners together.
